A Kentucky native, Cindy Waltz, APRN, has been providing high quality patient care in the healthcare industry for over 9 years.
Her clinical experience includes providing primary, acute, and preventative care to the elderly, both in rehabilitation and skilled nursing facilities. In addition, Cindy has served as an adjunct clinical nursing instructor.
Cindy is passionate about helping others, and in her role as a pain management nurse practitioner she is dedicated to helping patients suffering from pain get back to doing the things they love.
