Every three years, Ohio County Healthcare, in partnership with the Green River District Health Department and Ohio County Health Coalition, conducts a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) to identify and analyze community health needs. The process provides a way for community partners to prioritize health needs and to plan and act upon unmet community health needs.

Information is gathered through several methods including online surveys, community focus groups, interviews with stakeholders, and feedback from the patients we serve.

The goal is to provide a communication forum across the health sector to synergize community health impovement efforts. Your feedback is welcome by clicking the "Contact Us" Button on the right or by calling the Community Relations office at 270-298-5434.
