One will have information for patients that used our hospital based services and the other contains patient information from our outpatient provider practices.
Both portals are user friendly and give you immediate access to your medical records.
Ohio County Hospital has recently transitioned to a new patient portal that will offer expanded benefits and easier access for all patients! MyCareCorner is an interactive experience that brings your health data to life and promotes a collaborative approach to care. It offers you access to any inpatient records, procedure records, medical history, medication lists, lab reports, patient allergies and existing or developing medical conditions. Patients may also download these records to their private computers and share them with any other medical professionals they may be seeing.
Information about user name and password will be sent to the email address collected during registration along with step-by-step instructions on how to access your personal medical records.

Outpatient provider practices which offer this service include: all Ohio County Family Care locations, Quick Care, Pain Care, Specialty Care, Fordsville Area Medical Clinic and Butler County Family Care. This portal allows patients to view their medical records, request refills from their providers, make appointments and communicate via secure messaging with their provider and clinic staff. Check with a staff member at your provider’s office to assist you in obtaining your username and password.
