1. Must be able to maintain a professional friendly attitude, and strive to exceed customer expectations, at all times.

2. Medical/Radiology terminology and knowledge of radiology procedures/preps a plus.

3. Prefer excellent communication skills and ability to work with various departments, and physician office staff.

4. Prefer professional telephone skills and ability to develop/maintain excellent rapport with physicians/physician office staff.

5. Clerical skills to include typing, computer, and operate basic office equipment.

6. Prefer ability to multi-task, answer multiple phone lines, and assist customers in a friendly/timely manner.

Description of Job:

• The Radiology scheduling responsibilities include the scheduling of all radiology procedures in an accurate and timely manner to meet the needs of all customers.
• Utilizes the radiology procedure/prep manual for accurate preps and efficiency.
• Will establish and maintain a good rapport with all physicians/office staff, hospital departments, and demonstrate professional telephone skills at all times.
