OCH offers Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT). Our Registered Dietitians are available to consult with you to develop a treatment plan for the onset or progression of conditions through lifestyle modification. Such conditions may include pre/diabetes, heart disease, weight management, etc.
You may obtain a referral from a physician for MNT or you can refer yourself. We will then contact your physician to obtain an order. With a physician order, many insurance providers provide MNT coverage and we will bill your insurance. Please check with your insurance provider to see if you qualify for coverage. Fees are dependent upon the length of the session. For more information, call our Rehab Services Department at 270-298-5426.
